Triple D Helpdesk

Over the next few weeks, TDN will transition from our current IT support ticket system to Triple D's online Helpdesk system. This will improve efficiency and communication with IT trouble shooting, providing an improved user experience. Lisa will provide a brief overview of Triple D's system at the staff meeting and we will field any initial questions. Stay tuned!
