TDN News You Can Use
Our next staff meeting is Monday March 12th at 9am for which you should have received an Outlook meeting invite. Please make sure that you are responding to all meeting invites you receive in Outlook (either accept or decline).
Just a reminder the new employee portal on the TDN website launches March 1st! So this will be your last Tuesday Newsday as all TDN internal news will be housed in the Employee Portal on the website. The password to login remains the same though (TDN@2017).
Everyone should have their new TDN employee IDs (Brett either personally delivered them to you or placed it in your mailbox). Yay! Some team members have asked about the expectations of the employee IDs and what we’re supposed to do with them. As of right now, we are not requiring you to display them on your person while at work (although feel free to do so for those who like to accessorize!). They are for you to verify that you are employed with TDN when working with or in the community. They will also be a means of identifying TDN staff during community events we host. If you have any further questions regarding your employee ID, please get with your immediate supervisor.
If you get to the point where your business cards are getting low, please email Brett before you run out so he can get them ordered.
IT Support Tickets
We will be transitioning to Triple D Computer’s IT support ticket system at the beginning of March. This will make resolution of IT tickets more efficient and should be a fairly painless transition. You will still go to the employee portal on TDN’s website, but the form will look a little different. More to come, including the go live date, as we ready for the launch.
